600 g minced veal
half a bread roll, soaked and well squeezed
2 eggs
100 g grated pecorino cheese
100 g mortadella
100 g tender provolone
pistachio pesto to taste
pistachio kernels to taste
salt to taste

Make the meatball mixture with the meat, bread, cheese and eggs.
