In our laboratories, we perform scrupulous chemical, physical and microbiological analyses in compliance with current food hygiene regulations, EU regulations for the dried fruit trade, production specifications and international protocols. In order to keep the concentrations of naturally occurring aflatoxins in dried fruit below the risk threshold, we have also developed and adopted a contamination monitoring process that allows us to control the raw material and by-products from the field to the entry into the food market, providing our customers with the guarantee of a product marketed at a high quality standard.

The International Food Standard is a voluntary certification of compliance with food safety standards recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative to promote food safety throughout the supply chain.

Organic Production

The document stating for which products the company is authorised to use the terms reserved for the organic production method in the labelling, advertising or commercial documents of the products obtained.

ISO 14001:2015

ISO 14001:2015 certification is awarded to companies that undertake to respect the environment through a management system based on constant monitoring of environmental aspects and aimed at identifying and controlling the effects of their activities.

Kosher certificate

Kosher certification is awarded to companies that produce according to food rules laid down in the sacred texts of the Jewish religion (Torah). Kosher food can be consumed not only by observant Jews, but also by Muslims, Hindus and vegetarian and allergic consumers.

FSSC 22000

Food Safety System Certification 22000 is awarded to companies that design and implement a Food Safety Management System that analyses product safety risks throughout the supply chain and prepares and implements procedures to manage them.

BRCGS

Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standard Food certification attests to the quality and safety of food products through the application of mixed systems of quality/product management, hygiene self-control (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

HALAL

HALAL certification is a voluntary attestation of lawfulness according to Islamic food prescriptions derived from the Quran and the Sunna, applicable to all food processes and products that may be contaminated or contaminable.
