Let's prepare all the ingredients and get started!

We start by inserting the pavesini in the mixer to grind them to a powder. Separately, we process the mascarpone cheese with the sugar, using an electric whisk.

We add the powder of pavesini and mix well with a hand spatula. Finally, add the cup of milk, mix everything together and place the mixture in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

We now form a ball and dip it in pistachio flour. Place them in the ramekins and place them in the fridge until they are to be served.
