 Two rolls of puff pastry in rectangular format
 200 g Pistachio cream
 Caster sugar qb
 An egg
 Pistachio granules to taste

Unroll the first rectangle of puff pastrywell spread the cream of pistachio, cover with the second roll, matching it perfectly.

    Salvacena perfetto quando si hanno ospiti improvvisi. Bastano pochissimi minuti di preparazione per ottenere dei dolcetti croccanti e profumatissimi che piacciono sempre a tutti.

    Fragranti, veloci e golosissimi. Una sfoglia tira l'altra, soprattutto grazie al ripieno ricco di pistacchio che in cottura diventa perfetto. Ottimi per accompagnare il caffè.
