INGREDIENTS

 6 thin slices of swordfish
 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
 1 lemon (juice and grated peel)
 1 orange (juice and grated peel)
 1 tablespoon of pistachio kernels and flour
 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 3 tablespoons olive oil and salt

Prepare the ingredients, the swordfish, the pistachio nuts, the breadcrumbs and everything needed for seasoning

Season the breadcrumbs with lemon and orange juice and zest, pistachio flour, pistachio granules, black pepper, salt and olive oil

Gently wrap the fish to form rolls and skewer on one or two skewers
