150 g sugar

Taking a Step

Place the sugar in the bimby for 20 seconds at turbo speed. Insert the ice and blend for about one minute at turbo speed with a spatula.

Fresh and preserved prickly pears in bowls.

Taking a Step

Then add two generous tablespoons of pure paste of pistachio and turn to turbo for another minute. If desired, add another tablespoon of paste of pistachio and turn for about 20 seconds at turbo speed.

La salvezza per le giornate più calde. Ricetta facilissima da seguire, la granita viene cremosa al punto giusto e senza grandi cristalli di ghiaccio. Accompagnata con una brioche col tuppo è la fine del mondo.

Rinfrescante e dalla consistenza perfetta, non ha nulla da invidiare a quella delle migliori gelaterie siciliane. Il sapore del pistacchio è intenso e la preparazione è davvero alla portata di tutti.
