 2 rolls of puff pastry
 200 g pistachio cream
 1 egg

Arrange and spread the cream to the pistachio on the first roll of puff pastrythen cover with the second one, making it fit tightly and pressing it down lightly.

Place a glass in the centre and cut out the strips for the legs and head with a knife, taking care to leave the edges (follow the instructions given in the video) and removing the superfluous part (you can use it to make twists).

    Perfetto come centrotavola dolce per una festa a tema. È facilissimo da fare, richiede pochissimo tempo di preparazione e l'effetto visivo finale, completato con la crema al pistacchio, è davvero d'impatto.

    Un'idea super originale e divertente per Halloween. La preparazione con la sfoglia intrecciata è facilissima e l'abbinamento con il pistacchio lo rende goloso sia per i grandi che per i bambini.
