
Arrange and spread the cream to the pistachio on the first roll of puff pastrythen cover with the second one, making it fit tightly and pressing it down lightly.
Place a glass in the centre and cut out the strips for the legs and head with a knife, taking care to leave the edges (follow the instructions given in the video) and removing the superfluous part (you can use it to make twists).
Roll the strips on themselves, brush the spider with beaten egg and bake at 180° for 20/30 minutes.
