The preparation of Crêpes with pistachio cream is simple and the result will not disappoint your guests. Prepare all the ingredients and let's get started :)

Start beating the eggs with a beater.

Gradually add the flour, always gradually the milk, butter and vanillin. After finishing, leave everything to rest.

Heat a non-stick frying pan about 20 cm in diameter. When the pan is hot, pour in the contents with a ladle. Leave it for a few seconds and then turn.

Fill the crêpes with Pistì pistachio cream and garnish with Pistì pistachio granules.

Dessert is served :)
