Fettuccine with Pistachio Pesto and Citrus Fruit

Fettuccine with pistachio and citrus pesto is a simple, quick dish with a very delicate taste. Let's get started!
Finely grate the lemon and orange peel and set aside.
Cook the fettuccine al dente, salting to taste.
Drain the pasta, taking care to save the cooking broth, and pour it into a bowl.
Add the Pistì pistachio pesto and grated citrus peel.
Stir well and if the pasta should be thick, dilute it with 2/3 tbsp. of the cooking juices.
To taste, add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle with grains and garnish with whole pistachios.
