Se si usa il bimby gli ingredienti potranno essere pesati al momento dell&#8217;inserimento e non sar\u00e0 necessario riscaldare il latte e ammorbidire lo strutto poich\u00e9 questo passaggio potr\u00e0 avvenire nel boccale a 40\u00b0 per 20 secondi velocit\u00e0 1. Se invece userete una planetaria, il latte dovr\u00e0 essere tiepido e lo strutto precedentemente ammorbidito. Quindi, questo primo passaggio prevede la miscelazione di latte, strutto e zucchero per circa 1\/2 minuto (col bimby velocit\u00e0 1). Aggiungere poi l&#8217;uovo e il lievito di birra. Miscelare per altri 20 secondi (col bimby velocit\u00e0 1).
