The Bronte pistachio open studio, On the occasion of the 2019 harvest of the prized Bronte pistachio, we had the honour of hosting <strong>Mediaset<\/strong> in our grounds and on our farm for the production of a service dedicated to this extraordinary product. It was a memorable day, full of emotion and sharing, where we had the opportunity to tell our story, our work and the love we put into every step of pistachio production.<\/p>\n<h3>A Journey into the Heart of the Bronte Pistachio<\/h3>\n<p>During Mediaset's visit, pistacchio di bronte studio aperto , we opened the doors of our farm and grounds to show the pistachio harvesting process up close, an activity that represents a crucial time of the year for us and for the entire Bronte community. The Bronte pistachio harvest is an eagerly awaited event, involving not only the farmers but also their families, in a tradition handed down from generation to generation.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the day, Mediaset's cameras followed closely all the stages of the harvest, capturing the essence of our work and the deep bond we have with the land. From cleaning and selection to roasting and processing into cream, each step was carefully illustrated, showing the attention we pay to every detail to ensure the highest quality of the final product.<\/p>\n<p>We explained how, through the use of artisanal techniques and modern technology, we are able to preserve all the flavour and nutritional properties of the Bronte pistachio, offering our customers an authentic product of the highest quality. During the filming, we also had the opportunity to tell some interesting facts about the history of pistachios in Bronte, a story that combines tradition and innovation in a unique and fascinating mix.<\/p>\n<h3>A Day of Sharing and Information<\/h3>\n<p>Mediaset's visit was not only an opportunity to show our work, but also a moment of sharing and information. We had the opportunity to tell them about our commitment to quality and sustainability, and to show how each stage of production is taken care of with the utmost attention.
