80<\/span> g<\/span> sugar<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> eggs<\/span><\/div>\n
100<\/span> ml<\/span> milk<\/span><\/div>\n
a pinch of salt<\/span><\/div>\n
5<\/span> g<\/span> brewer's yeast<\/span><\/div>\n

Pist\u00ec pistachio cream<\/span><\/div>\n

Boil the potatoes, peel them, mash them in a potato masher and let them cool. In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, add the milk in which you have dissolved the yeast, then the melted butter (not too hot), the pinch of salt, and finally the eggs. Then add the potatoes and knead until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Leave to rise for about 3 hours.<\/p>\n
