In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the pistachio cream with a spoon until creamy and fairly firm. Whip the cream until it has a nice firm consistency. Using circular motions from the bottom up, incorporate the cream into the condensed milk with pistachio cream until smooth. Place the ice cream in the freezer and let it rest for at least 6 hours. Serve your pistachio ice cream<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Taking a Step<\/div>\n<div id=\"cooked-single-direction-step-\" class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #6b533c;font-size: 15px\">2. Slightly moisten a 28 cm plumcake mould (see notes) and place the cling film on it. Pour in half the ice cream, place a few teaspoons of cream in the centre\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"color: #cc2318;font-size: 15px\" href=\"https:\/\/pisti.it\/en\/materie-prime\/pistachio\/\">pistachio<\/a><span style=\"color: #6b533c;font-size: 15px\">\u00a0and spread it lightly with a stick. Pour in the remaining ice cream. Place in the freezer for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Taking a Step<\/div>\n<div id=\"cooked-single-direction-step-\" class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #6b533c;font-size: 15px\">3. Intanto preparate la copertura. In una padella mettete l&#8217;acqua e lo zucchero, fate sciogliere a fiamma bassa. Quando si formano tante bolle e il colore diventa pi\u00f9 dorato aggiungete la granella di pistacchi e mescolate con un cucchiaio di legno. Non vi preoccupate se all&#8217;inizio lo zucchero tende a diventare grumoso, pian piano si scioglier\u00e0 nuovamente per attaccarsi alla frutta secca. Quando la frutta \u00e8 ben pralinata, ci vorranno circa 5 minuti, toglietela della padella e fatela raffreddare in un contenitore o teglia.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Taking a Step<\/div>\n<div id=\"cooked-single-direction-step-\" class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #6b533c;font-size: 15px\">4. Melt the icing according to the instructions on the package (read notes). Allow to cool slightly. Take the\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"color: #cc2318;font-size: 15px\" href=\"https:\/\/pisti.it\/en\/recipes\/soft-pistachio-cake\/\">cake<\/a><span style=\"color: #6b533c;font-size: 15px\">\u00a0gelato dal freezer, passate una lama lungo il perimetro per far passare l&#8217;aria e sformarla con facilit\u00e0 su di un piatto da portata. Decorate con la glassa al cacao e coprite subito prima che si solidifichi con la granella di pistacchi.
