Unire l&#8217;uovo e una volta incorporato, aggiungere la farina 00 setacciata e la farina di pistacchio. Quindi, fare riposare il composto in frigorifero per 2 ore (o meglio per tutta la notte) avvolto in un foglio di pellicola trasparente. Trascorso il tempo, riprendere il panetto di frolla, lavorare nuovamente, stendere con un matterello dello spessore di 1 cm circa e con un tagliabiscotti rotondo di 6,5 cm circa ricavare i biscotti. Adagiare su una teglia rettangolare antiaderente e microforata, porre in frigorifero per circa 20 &#8211; 30 minuti.<\/p>\n<p>Cuocere nel forno a 175\u00b0C per circa 15 &#8211; 18 minuti. Sfornare i biscotti e porre a raffreddare su una gratella. Una volta freddi, spennellare la met\u00e0 dei biscotti ottenuti con il cioccolato bianco fuso e cospargere con granella di pistacchio; lasciare asciugare. Tagliare delle strisce di acetato e formare degli anelli (5 cm di diam.) e fissare con del nastro adesivo (in alternativa si possono utilizzare degli anelli in acciaio).<\/p>\n<p>Prepare the pistachio ice cream: whip the well chilled cream in a bowl. Add the condensed milk and pistachio spreadable cream, incorporate by stirring gently in a bottom-up motion. Pour the mixture with a spoon into the acetate rings placed on a tray, fill to about 2 cm thick and transfer to the freezer overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Assemble the biscuit ice-creams: remove the acetate ring by pulling it off and place the pistachio ice-cream discs on a plain biscuit base, cover with the white chocolate biscuit and sprinkle with pistachio granules.
