Warm cake with a pistachio heart

 1 whole egg
 1 yolk
 40 g Pistì pistachio cream
 15 g pistachio flour
 40 g 00 flour
 25 g butter
 icing sugar to taste

Melt the butter and keep it aside to cool.
Mix the whole egg, egg yolk and caster sugar in a bowl.

Add the cream of pistachio and mix with a whisk or electric beater.

Then add the melted butter and then the pistachio and 00 flour. Mix vigorously until a smooth dough is obtained.

Grease the moulds and pour in the mixture, taking care to leave two fingers from the edge.

Bake the cupcakes at 175° for 15 minutes.

 

Remove from the oven, turn the cupcakes out onto a plate and sprinkle with icing sugar.
