
To prepare the pancakes, gently melt the butter. Add the milk at room temperature and then all the ingredients, trying not to let lumps form. Grease a preheated non-stick frying pan and pour in a small ladle of mixture, forming the pancake. Cook the pancakes one by one on both sides until golden brown.

Once the pancakes are cooked, prepare all the ingredients for the filling: sliced Sicilian salami, burrata cheese, pistachio pesto and pistachio granules.

Procedure for the layers: one pancake, four slices of salami, a little burrata cheese, a tablespoon of pistachio pesto. Proceed in the same way for two more layers. In the last layer, the fourth, cover the pancake only with burrata cheese, pesto and grits.

And here it is nice and ready to be devoured!
