Delicious pasta with Sicilian pistachio pesto and chopped pistachios.

 200 g paccheri from Gragnano
 90 g Pistì pistachio pesto
 pistachio kernels to taste
 150 g bluefin tuna
 1 clove of garlic
 1 lemon (grated peel)
 parsley and salt to taste

Cook the pasta in boiling water. In a non-stick pan, brown the crushed garlic with a little oil. Add the well-drained tuna and fry for 2 minutes. Add the pasta when al dente and mix well, adding the pistachio pesto and a little cooking water. Finish with chopped pistachios, grated lemon zest and a sprinkling of pepper.
