
Prepare all the necessary ingredients and off you go! (don't forget the Pistì pistachio cream)

Warm the milk in a saucepan for a few minutes, then pour it into a bowl. Add the sugar and butter (at room temperature). Work everything quickly with a whisk. One at a time, add the eggs, then the flour and finally the baking powder. Similarly all the ingredients until no lumps are left.

Now pour a spoonful of mixture, a couple of teaspoons of pistachio cream and another spoonful of mixture into each muffin cup.

Bake your muffins in a static oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Now they are ready for tasting!
