 6 medium eggs
 150 g flour
 1 teaspoon of salt
 1 teaspoon baking powder

We prepare all the ingredients needed to make cookies filled with pistachio cream

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Then add the flour and salt and the teaspoon of baking powder and knead for a few minutes. Separately whip the egg whites.

Then mix everything with a wooden spatula and blend well. Place the mixture in a pastry bag and arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper, forming sticks of about 7/8 cm. Bake in a basic oven preheated to 220° for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.

Bake, allow to cool, then fill with Pistí pistachio cream.

Decorate and sprinkle with grains.
